2. Permitted Use & License
SOLASE Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Focussive for personal productivity and focus management in accordance with these Terms.
3. Device Permissions & Self-Regulation
Focussive operates by managing app blocking and screen overlays based strictly on parameters, schedules, and app selections you explicitly configure. You acknowledge that you retain sole discretion over the rules and emergency bypasses you configure on your devices.
4. Pro Subscriptions & Billing
Focussive offers optional Pro subscriptions providing advanced features. Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play Store account and are subject to Google's standard billing terms. You may cancel renewal at any time via your Google Play account settings.
5. Promotional Codes & Vouchers
Promotional voucher codes (such as testing beta codes) are granted on a discretionary basis, non-transferable, and redeemable up to their stated limit or expiration date.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Focussive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. SOLASE Studio does not guarantee that the software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted across all hardware configurations.
